How to manage new operator website listing request tickets
Website Listing Requests from Operators
Operators may submit a "New Operator Website Listing" form to request a website listing on the consumer website (landwithoutlimits.com).
https://landwithoutlimits.com/partners-form
When the form is submitted, a notification email is distributed from the website to the notification team (Marketing@landwithoutlimits.com and ccc@thewebadvisors.ca). A HubSpot Ticket is then manually created by The Web Advisors team.
Note: Although other partner requests automatically create tickets, the current setup has to be submitted directly on the consumer site (to minimize setup). The only way to view details of the request is to log in to the website and view the application. Ticket Pipeline Steps
When a ticket is submitted, there are 5 steps to the LWL Operator Website Listing Ticket Pipeline
- New Operator Listing Request
This is the first step. When a new listing request has been received, a ticket is created.- A notification will go to marketing@landwithoutlimits.com as well as the company owner (DEM), if assigned.
- The ticket will indicate whether images have been received; if images are not received, then DEM is to reach out to acquire.
ACTION REQUIRED
The listing is to be approved to publish to the site by Marketing or designate.
- CCC - Marketing Approval To Proceed
Once approval by CCC Marketing, TWA will proceed to prepare listing to be published to the website.- Tickets are to be moved to this stage by marketing@landwithoutlimits.com only when the listing is approved by CCC marketing to be published on the website.
- ccc@thewebadvisors.ca will receive a notification when that change has occured and will proceed to update the website.
- Website Updates In Progress - When the update is in process, if there are conditions to be met to complete, this is where the ticket may sit.
- CCC - Company Owner To Notify Operator - When the update is completed and published to the website, the CCCTA DEM team - "Company Owner" is to notify the operator that the update has been made to their listing. A link to the new listing URL will be added via note to the ticket.
- Note: DEM should double-check website listing info vs Hubspot company record to ensure information is ported.
- Closed - Website Update Completed - When the update to the operator has been made, DEM team to close the ticket.
- Rejected - Do Not Proceed - If the marketing team determines that the request for operator website listing does not meet requirements then this status can be chosen. The ticket will be closed and the web team will be notified to not proceed.
Website Listing Requests from CCC Staff
Occasionally, operators/partners may email or call CCCTA/CCCTMA staff with requests for an operator website listing. DEMs are encouraged to forward the Operator to https://landwithoutlimits.com/partners-form/ or fill out the form on their behalf. Please ensure images are submitted.
