How to manage Operator Offer tickets
Special Offers Submission
Operators may submit special offers through https://industry.landwithoutlimits.com/services/marketing/operator-offers/
When an offer is submitted, a HubSpot Ticket is created.
Ticket Pipeline Steps
There are 5 potential steps to the Website Updates Ticket Pipeline
- New Website Update Request - When a ticket is created, this is the first step.
- CCC - Marketing Approval To Proceed - When the update is approved by marketing to be published to the website
- Website Updates In Progress - when the update is in process, if there are conditions to be met to complete, this is where the ticket may sit.
- CCC - Company Owner To Notify Operator - when the update is completed and published to the website, the CCCTA DEM team - "Company Owner" is to notify the operator that the update has been made to their listing.
- Closed - Website Update Completed - When the update to the operator has been made, DEM team to close the ticket.
Offers Process
When the Operator Offers form is submitted, a new "Special Offers" ticket is created
- Notification is sent to marketing@landwithoutlimits.com for approval
- Upon approval, a ticket notification will be sent to ccc@thewebadvisors.ca for action in creating the offer and publishing it to the website.
- When the offer is published, the ticket will be moved to step 4 "CCC - Company Owner To Notify Operator" and a notification will be sent to the DEM team members for the appropriate Company Owner to notify them that the offer is live.
- Once notification has been sent, the DEM Company Owner is responsible to close the ticket and update the Company record in HubSpot with any relevant details.
General Website Updates
Occasionally, operators/partners may email or call CCCTA/CCCTMA staff with content updates.
Please ensure the Operator Company Record is updated with the relevant content and if it requires a specific update, we recommend submitting a Ticket under the "LWL Website Updates" Pipeline
