How to manage website content update tickets
Website Update Requests from Operators
Operators may submit an "Update Your Existing Listing" form to request an update to their listing on the consumer website (landwithoutlimits.com).

When the form is submitted, a HubSpot Ticket is created.
Ticket Pipeline Steps
When a ticket is submitted, there are 5 possible steps to the Website Updates Ticket Pipeline
- New Website Update Request - When a ticket is created, this is the first step.
- CCC - Marketing Approval To Proceed - When the update is approved by marketing to be published to the website
- Website Updates In Progress - when the update is in process, if there are conditions to be met to complete, this is where the ticket may sit.
- CCC - Company Owner To Notify Operator - when the update is completed and published to the website, the CCCTA DEM team - "Company Owner" is to notify the operator that the update has been made to their listing.
- Closed - Website Update Completed - When the update to the operator has been made, DEM team to close the ticket.
Website Update Requests from CCC Staff
Occasionally, operators/partners may email or call CCCTA/CCCTMA staff with content updates.
To ensure documentation, please ensure the Operator Company Record in HubSpot is updated with the relevant content. If it requires a specific update on the website, we recommend submitting a Ticket under the "LWL Website Updates" Pipeline
