Listing attributes provide context to a Company presence and dates on landwithoutlimits.com
Within the "Overview" tab of a company view, in the centre column, you will find a view called "Landwithoutlimits.com Listing Attributes"
This will provide information on whether a listing is live on landwithoutlimits.com, when it was last confirmed, and when the last listing update was made.
Important Properties to ensure are kept up to date:
- Listed on CCCTA website? Manual drop-down selector.
- Listed on CCCTA website date confirmed
- manual date picker that can be selected if reviewing the record and find that the listing is the same as it was previously.
- Will also be automatically updated by a workflow "Auto Property Update - Add current date when "Listed on CCCTA Website" is changed"
- Last Operator Listing Update - manual date picker, when the listing profile on landwithoutlimits.com was last updated/changed.
